I have been using linux on the desktop for almost 8 years now and could never imagine using windows every day. How can people put up with such a shitty desktop every day and pay out the nose for it no less. I wouldnt use windows even if it was free. Anyway, last year i took on a huge project for Syngress Press to help Co-Author a book to help companies and people migrate from windows to linux. Appropriately enough the book is called Windows to Linux Migration Toolkit.While i don't care to ever jump into another book project in the same fashion as this one transpired only having 6 weeks to write two chapters i can at least say i learned a lot in the process.
