Its now 4am in the morning, I am finally back to my hotel after having gone out and had dinner at Jerrys Deli in Westwoood, which involved sitting down and talking to Cuba Gooding Junior and his manager. That was after going to a party at the Playboy Mansion no less. With many new pictures from the Mansion, including mine with Kendra Wilkinson.

The party was a fund raiser for the Marijuana Policy Project but from where i was sitting it might as well have been sponsored by the Long Island Iced tea Initiative. One thing i walk away with which in my hazy state of mentality is this there is Digital and there is the real Analog world. Yes i got to meet real playboy bunnies and damn Dupont must be proud cause those things were just a tad smaller than the blimp.

I have seen a few fake tits but these were unreal. Honestly there was very little about them that was sexy. Trust me there were TONS of gorgeous women there but the fake tits on the one playboy bunny were bad, the blonde chick looked a lot like Pamela Anderson. The things were so huge they had to hurt, lord knows i have seen pimples pop that were under less pressure.

Which brings me to my Digital VS Analog statement. Cameras. We took 3 camera's to this event. Two were digital and one was a cheap plastic advantix. While we havent gotten any of the pics from the advantix yet the digital camera's i have used and none of them were cheapies all were taking TERRIBLE night shots. Perhaps its just that Nikon builts shitty camera's and someone else i dont know about makes a really good one but personally i have not seen a realy good digital camera that takes good night shots.

I'm gonna either have to research them to find the ones that dont suck or im going back to good ole SLR 35mm. Its like mixing cd's VS mixing vinyl. you cant really get your hand on the cd and do the crazy things you can with vinyl granted they are building better cd mixers too that give you some tactile control but at least with a camera i know exactly when the shutter is going to click and can always guarantee i catch it "in the moment" and i can override the exposure. I know there are some digitals that are more manual than auto and if they take good night shots damn im SO ready im sick of blurry pics. Which is what this is all about. We had one hell of a time getting good pics at the playboy mansion party.

We got caught off guard a bit too though. We had both thought we were going to get food or at least some kind of a buffet. The first food i had was a chocolate dipped strawberry, It was awesome, but by that point we had also already had 3-5 long islands. So some of the blur was operator error, but for now im gonna blame it on the camera. damn nikon coolpics!
