House of MisRepresentation
To say i am pissed is like saying 'air is here'. Its beyond a understatement. BUT in my High School history class we had to do a mock trial once and I remember what I learned and mixing that with what I know in all other subjects I have solution! and a very powerful thought.

In the trial i was the Attorney for Fred Korimatsu vs the US Government over the internment of the Japanese in the "Relocation Camps".
In real life, poor Fred Lost, but in my class, he did not lose. I found the weakest point in their argument and I NEVER let go. So here we are again. This time it's GW Bush and Clonies VS the US Citizens and I would like to represent YOU the people who have been done wrong...AGAIN... But this time its not a Judge or a Jury, its your elected officials who you have to petition. Here is how. I have written my elected officials many times over the years and have actually gotten to the point with one where we have a dialog almost. The last letter he sent though (i know, probably one of his aids or lackies) was enough to make me reallly and i mean REAAAAALLLLY want to push this. And this is HOW we can do it. I really do believe this will not only help but it will work too!

I have spent a LOT of time thinking about this and thinking about it from a legal standpoint there are two issues the way i see it. The House of Representatives are Solely responsible from bringing Articles of Impeachment against the President. So They are the first target of our campaign.

Most importantly the office of President is in theory a Contract between him and the people and as such when he is sworn in he takes a oath which reads as follows.

"I do solemnly swear (or affirm) that I will faithfully execute the office of President of the United States, and will to the best of my ability, preserve, protect and defend the Constitution of the United States."

He has not only not held up his end of the agreement BUT he has willfully and lawfully violated that oath and i believe this is the chink in the armor.

So knowing one exists tells us what his weakness is. The next thing is to take advantage of this, and this is the second part and where the template part comes in.

Here is what i have written Pete Stark who has a decent voting record at least when it comes to not supporting Bush and his agenda.

First his response. On Tuesday 16 September 2008 8:03:16 am you wrote: > Dear Mr. Tuck:

And now my reply.
This is where we have a difference of opinion. Yes, they in fact will be out of office, BUT they will continue to rob the US citizens by drawing a pension and having all of the Benefits of having been the absolute worse ID10T who has ever entered the whitehouse
PERIOD.

It is beyond criminal that these people should EVER receive 1 penny from the US Citizens again.

Please make no mistake, This one fact alone is merit enough to NEVER let this end, NEVER. Besides the fact upon being sworn in he made a solemn oath

"I do solemnly swear (or affirm) that I will faithfully execute the office of President of the United States, and will to the best of my ability, preserve, protect and defend the Constitution of the United States."

Pete, on this one issue alone he has committed a criminal act. NEVER mind all of the countless other criminal acts.

Can you look me in the face and tell me or anyone else for that matter that you think he in ANY fashion upheld that oath?

No, you and I and EVERYONE knows this.

That my friend is why i must insist this is not over by any stretch of the imagination.

The US Constitution starts out "We the People"
Well by damned, WE the PEOPLE DEMAND THIS!

I am not alone in the attitude that there needs to be a cleaning up of the Government and i would just make note of the fact dropping this offends those who are the most Pissed Off and most likely to rise up in either support or against those in office.

So i am hoping we can start some kind of letter writing campaign along the lines i have laid out. I have emailed Pete over the last 8 years probably 100 times, by now his office has to know me so i am perhaps a bit more brash than what everyone else should be but i would also say, showing them your pissed, serious and not alone is more likely to make them realize how its their neck on the line too.
